Favorite Gift I've Ever Given!!!

I never leave reviews on online purchases but for this product I had to.

I bought this as a gift for my mom and was so skeptical to purchase because for the money I was hoping it would be perfect. AND IT WAS PERFECT! Not only myself, but every person who has seen it is absolutely blown away by the accuracy. The proofing process was quick and once approved and shipped the package was at my door in a matter of 3 days. I do recommend paying extra for the "Top-level similarity by our master" because that's what I did and it obviously paid off. If you're thinking twice about going through this company DON'T, they do such fantastic work and it's my mother's "favorite gift she's ever gotten."

I got this bobblehead for my boyfriend as a gift. The whole working process was very quick and pleasant, the head looks VERY close to the original photo. I did not expect it till the third week of February, but I got it right before the Valentine's Day, which made a perfect gift!

So Happy With This Company

I am getting married this weekend and decided to purchase custom bobbleheads for my groomsmen. I got this idea from Reddit and this company was specifically referenced. I searched around and looked at different companies and eventually decided to go with this one and I couldn't be happier. I ordered 6 dolls, some of them head to toe custom and I was nervous that they wouldn't make it on time. The company was very communicative throughout the whole process, offering new suggestions and keeping me in the loop and the dolls shipped out on Friday and were delivered to me this morning. I believe in total it took about a week and half from me submitting the photos to receiving the dolls (I did pay extra for priority shipping) and I think they came out great. I would definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic Job!

I recently purchased a custom bobblehead as a gift for my significant other. We absolutely love it and think it looks strikingly similar to the pictures I sent in.
In total the process took about one month from the day I purchased up until the day it arrived at my house. The gentleman I worked with asked for specific details and pictures to ensure we were on the same page. He responded to my emails promptly and worked quickly to send out draft images for review. He got it right the first time and was able to ship it right away. The doll looks amazing and was exactly everything I was asking for. Unfortunately, my partner did not want his face or bobblehead posted on the company's website so I am not able to show the similarities. However, I will end by saying the bobblehead looks fantastic and I would definitely purchase from this company again!

Big Dude Bobblehead

This was for my husband's 55th birthday. Before I gave it to him, I told him I wanted him to wear a certain T-shirt on his birthday, which is the same T-shirt that is on the bobblehead. While he was changing his shirt, I placed his bobblehead next to the ground cinnamon in the kitchen cabinet. After he came out, I told him to get the cinnamon out for my hot tea. He opened the cabinet and he stood there for about 5 seconds, then started laughing. He took it to work and everyone LOVED it. Now, some of his co-workers want to get one. My husband says it's his most treasured item. Thanks for making a great 55th birthday for him!

Very Disappointed

They did a great Job on crafting my bobbleheads. My problem is they did not send me what I ordered. I ordered one of my bobbleheads to be 7.7 and when I received the order my bobblehead was regular size. I am still waiting to hear how they plan to resolve the issue.

Nice Bubblehead --- but late arrival

I was happy with the finished bobblehead which I was giving as a gift but there was a major problem since it did NOT arrive on time even though I paid a very high rush fee. When I tried to negotiate only a refund of the rush fee, I was not accommodated --- not good customer service. Too bad -- I would have placed more orders but not now. You really must allow enough time for delivery if you need it for a certain date.

The bobblehead I received did not resemble the pictures I submitted at all. The hairline and facial features were way off. The only thing accurate was the skin tone. The only positives I can give is that the material of the bobblehead is pretty good and the shipping time was great. That being said, I would not recommend.
